Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
Our returns policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. we require a receipt or proof of purchase to approve this. We offer zero refund policy. So in this case, you have to pick another item from our varried products.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
There are certain situations where exchange are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you ordered a wrong size of cloth or want a change of color for instance. If you need to exchange it for another same item, send us an email at info@laideluxe.com and send your item to:

Shipping returns

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
